Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, shipping is free of charge for orders over CHF 100.00. For orders below this amount, we charge CHF 12.00 per order for shipping. However, if the entire order is returned without keeping a single item, a fee of CHF 15.00 will be applied for processing and packaging.
For deliveries to European countries, we apply the rates of Swiss Post. Any import or customs fees incurred will be billed separately to the recipient.

Delivery Times
