Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. You may revoke your contractual declaration within 2 days without providing a reason, in written form (e.g., letter, fax, email). The withdrawal period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in a timely manner. Consequences of Withdrawal:
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the mutually received benefits must be returned. If you are unable to return the received goods in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the loss in value. You can avoid the obligation to compensate for any value loss by not using the goods as if they were your own property and refraining from anything that may diminish their value. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days of sending your withdrawal declaration.
